Now, hear me out - from the brand’s perspective.
Rolex is so plainly uninterested in selling watches via their dealers. The whole “build a relationship” with some guy at the mall thing, the hugely inflated secondary market pricing, the expectation that you must buy watches or jewelry you don’t want for the chance to buy one you do. all absurd. Rolex SUCKS... ....money right out of my bank account!!! Just as I wore the 'new watch smell' out of my beloved GV, (which is here to stay ), my 'strike price' was met on another piece I have been longing for.
