I have a f300 Constellation bought from a forum member a while back that now requires a new battery. I have a Renata 344 (which I believe is the correct battery) but I can't find instructions on how to open the watch and fit it. Can anyone give me any guidance please? Thanks in advance! The correct silver oxide battery for the ESA 9162/4 is a 344/350 cell or equivalent. I don't think the spacer is necessary with the correct battery. My watchmaker says a 391 is also compatible and an acceptable replacement for a 381. I've got a few hummers and was wondering what type of battery life people are getting?
